Why We Love What We Do
An American Dream
We shared a common aspiration to pursue the American dream. While Adriana was still attending college, I took the initiative and traveled to the United States. Eventually, our young son and Adriana joined me in California, where we discovered that our dreams were achievable. To support our family, Adriana worked at a board and care home in Orange County, finding fulfillment in helping the residents. As family holds great significance in her culture, Adriana treated each resident as if they were her relative.
Having acquired expertise in caretaking, Adriana established her first facility in Mission Viejo. Over the next three decades, our business flourished. Despite the company's growth, Adriana remained committed to placing quality care above all else.
As parents to three sons, we are proud of our family's journey. Our firstborn, Richard Jr., has chosen to follow in our footsteps and currently manages his facility. Kevin, our second son, graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in business and now collaborates closely with us in our endeavors.
Today, our family remains at the heart of our board and care homes, working together seamlessly to carry forward a legacy built over generations. United by a shared commitment to compassionate care, we bring a personal touch to every aspect of our business. The familial bond not only defines our approach but also contributes to the warm, nurturing atmosphere that sets our homes apart.
